# ブリッジング：イーサリアム（ETH）から Polygon Chain (MATIC)へ

このガイドでは、公式の[Matic Bridge](https://wallet.matic.network/bridge)、またはPoS Bridge（Proof-of-Stake bridge）を使用して、Ethereumネットワーク（ETH）からPolygon Chainにトークンをブリッジする方法を説明します。始める前に、Ethereum ウォレットにブリッジしたいトークンと、取引手数料用の ETH が用意されていることを確認してください。Login onto the Matic Web Wallet

### **Matic Web Walletにログインする**

1\) Matic Web Walletへアクセスします

2\) 上記のいずれかの方法でEthereumウォレットに接続します。今回の手順ではMetamaskを使用します。

3\) “Sign”ボタンを押してTransactionを署名します（手数料はかかりません）

4\)  接続が完了するとMATIC PoSブリッジのUIが表示されます。

5\) ドロップダウンからブリッジするトークンを選択します

6\)Polygon Chain (MATIC) にブリッジしたいトークンの数量（金額）を指定して、”Transfer”ボタンを押します。

7\) ポップアップにブリッジ送金に関しての情報が表示されます。情報を確認後 “Continue” ボタンを押します

送金の概要が表示され、取引情報やトークンのブリッジに必要なガスの合計金額などが表示されます。情報が正しければ、"Continue "をクリックして進み、画面に表示される指示に従ってください。

トークンの送金手続きが完了後、polygon chain上のウォレットアドレスに届くまでには約8～10分ほどかかります。
