# (xPollinate) ブリッジング BSC > Polygon
本ガイドでは、xPollinate ブリッジ（）を使用してBSC から Polygon へのブリッジを行います。現時点では $DAI、$USDT、$USDC のみに対応しています。他のトークンへのSwapは手数料が比較的安いPolygon（Matic Network)を使用して簡単に行なうことができます。
1\) xpollinate.ioにアクセスし、MetamaskウォレットをBinance Smart Chain (BSC)に接続します。Binance Smart Chainからブリッジングするため、<>の左側はBinance Smart Chainを選択し、右側はMatic Mainnet (Polygon)を選択します。
2\) ウェブサイトをスクロールして宛先チェーンに十分の流動性が確保されているか確認します。この場合Matic Network （Polygon）を参照します。
3\) スワップしたいトークンを選択し、”SWAP”ボタンをクリックします。ここでは$USDCを選択します。BSCウォレットに$USDCが用意されていることを確認します。
4\) ”Swap”をクリックすると、ロード画面が表示されます。その際にメタマスクで承認（署名）をしてください。その後、下記の画面が表示されます。
5\) スワップする金額を入力します。 Binance Smart Chain Mainet から Matic (Polygon) Mainnetのブリッジングを開始するには ”Swap”ボタンをクリックします。
6\) ”Swap”ボタンをクリック後、Binance Smart Chain NetworkからPolygon (Matic)Networkへ資金移動されます。ブリッジング中はこの画面が表示され続けます。
7\) 資金移動が正常に完了すると、以下の画面が表示されます。”Add USDC to Matic Mainnet” で Matic Mainnet (Polygon Network)のMetamaskにブリッジされたトークンを追加できます。
