# Celo Chain (CELO)

Ang layunin ni Celo ay bigyang kapangyarihan ang sinumang may smartphone saanman sa mundo na magkaroon ng access sa mga serbisyong pinansyal, magpadala ng pera sa mga numero ng telepono, at magbayad sa mga merchant -- sa isang desentralisadong platform na pinamamahalaan ng isang komunidad ng mga user.

Upang makamit ito, ang Celo ay isang kumpletong stack ng bagong blockchain software, mga pangunahing aklatan na tumatakbo sa blockchain na iyon, at mga end user application kabilang ang isang Wallet app na nakikipag-ugnayan sa logic na iyon.
