# Transferir activos desde ETH > Polygon Chain (MATIC)

En esta guía, le mostraremos una forma de transferir tokens de la red Ethereum (ETH) a Polygon Chain utilizando el [Matic Bridge](https://wallet.matic.network/bridge) oficial. Antes de comenzar, asegúrese de tener el token que desea transferir y algo de ETH (para costos de transacción) listos en su billetera Ethereum.

1\) Dirijase a la billetera web de Matic:

2\) Conéctese a su billetera Ethereum utilizando uno de los métodos anteriores. En este tutorial iremos con Metamask.

3\) Firme la transacción haciendo clic en el botón "Firmar": (no cuesta nada)

4\) Una vez que se haya conectado, verá la interfaz de usuario del puente MATIC PoS:

5\) Use el menú desplegable para elegir el token que desea conectar:

6\) Ingrese la cantidad de tokens que desea enviar a Polygon Chain (MATIC) y haga clic en el botón "Transfer":

7\) Verá una ventana emergente con información sobre la transferencia, haga clic en el botón "Continuar":

Se le mostrará una descripción general de la transferencia que muestra la información de la transacción y, por ejemplo, el gas total requerido para enviar los tokens. Si la información es correcta, haga clic en "Continuar" para continuar y siga las instrucciones adicionales en pantalla.

Una vez que se transfieran sus tokens, tardarán de 8 a 10 minutos en llegar a la dirección de su billetera en Polygon Chain.
