# 在Solarbeam提供流动性，并且质押到Autofarm机枪池

1\) 从Solarbeam里面的[`Swap`](https://solarbeam.io/)功能来兑换$MOVR及$USDC
2\) 选择"Pool"来添加流动性。
3\) 选择您想要添加的流动性对。

如果您首次进行操作，您需要先进行核准，才能够进行交易。

4\) 核准两种资产之后，并且进行质押以后。您可以看见简单总结资讯。仔细检查所有资讯之后，点击确认以继续进行。
5\) 当您在Solarbeam提供流动性之后，返回Autofarm，选择Moonriver区块链，并且找到您刚刚质押的流动性机枪池。
6\) 进到机枪池之后，您可以看到您所持有在钱包的总量(Balance)，点选您想要质押的数量，进行核准以及进行质押(Deposit)。如果您是首次进行交易，您将先需要进行核准。
7\)核准之后，继续进行质押。
8\) 质押成功之后，您将看见您的质押细节以及对应的美金价值。
9\) 如果未来想要移除流动性，只要输入您想要移除的数量之后，选择移除即可。
