# 将资产从ETH 转换到 AVAX

Avalanche Bridge (AB桥)可以用来转换ERC20代币，并且从Ethereum上转换到Avalanche C chain，或者提取。您将需要使用[Metamask](https://metamask.io/)进行操作，请[参考此说明先进行Metamask](/autofarm-network/chinese/shuo-ming-shu/avalanche-xie-yi-avax/tian-jia-avalanche-xie-yi-avax-dao-metamask.md#connect-your-metamask-with-binance-smart-chain)钱包设定。 

重点提示

1. 目前已知当使用Metamask 手机版App操作进行转换的时候，有可能出现错误。在尚未确定此问题解决之前，请使用桌机版本进行操作。
2. 您将需要使用$AVAX来当作燃料费用。

1\) 首先到Avalanche Bridge官方桥 (<https://bridge.avax.network/>) 并且确保您的钱包已经连结到 Ethereum Network, 这将是我们的 "from network"&#x20;

2\) 点选连接钱包，来进行连接。

3\) 连线之后，会显示已经连接

4\) 接着选择您要换出的资产以及数量。目的地钱包地址将会与您已经连接上的地址将同。点击"Transfer"

5\) 开始传送之后，您将看见以下的传送进度图。您也可以点选小狐狸图案，来添加该代币到您Metamask中，所有Avalanche的代币将会有一个".e"当作结尾。

6\) 传送完成之后，您将见到如下的提示。

7\) 传送完成之后，您将可以开始在AVAX上进行交易。
